| VG33E/5-speed Swap Plug and Play! -- Complete Turn-Key VG33E 5-speed Swap For Sale: Complete, turn key VG33E engine swap for a Datsun 510. This engine is a 2004 Nissan Xterra VG33E that has 5,000 original miles on it. This is a full, turn key swap complete with wiring, etc. No smoke, no noises, no leaks! Full plug and play setup into a 68-73 510! There is nothing to figure out, I have done all the work! Here is a list of the complete conversion: 1. 2004 Nissan Xterra VG33E engine (5,000 miles) • 200SX Intake Manifold, with 60mm throttle body. All EGR ports welded and smoothed with no unnecessary bungs or bosses • “Team Thump” custom 5 quart oil pan • “Team Thump” motor mounts • Nissan Competition “Euro” cams (.392”/264°) • Fully detailed with stainless hardware and powder coated valve covers • Custom exhaust headers, ceramic coated and TIG welded • 85 Amp Xterra alternator • Xterra starter (much smaller than a standard VG starter—lighter too!) • Oil filter moved from driver’s side to passenger side (early VG filter) • Modified water necks for cooling system, heater hoses connect to stock 510 heater • K&N air filter, stainless intake, and custom throttle cable (I will throw in the throttle pedal too!) 2. S12 5-speed transmission 3. Fully sorted, plug and play EFI wiring harness 4. New clutch (1,500 miles) 5. OEM VR-6 radiator/hoses with custom aluminum radiator cover, electric fan, and overflow bottle 6. Any other associated drivetrain parts, driveshaft, shifter, exhaust (to rear of transmission), etc. If it is related to this engine swap, you will get it. 7. A huge pile of VG-related spare parts also comes with this setup including an Infiniti M30 wiring harness/ECU! This swap has provided me several summers of fun, but it is time to do something different with my 510. | Brake and Suspension Parts -- Front Brake Upgrade (2) Volvo 240 four piston calipers with used set of Porterfield R4 Pads 80%, New set of Porterfield R4 pads (list $135), two sets of street pads, also includes stock hubs modified for caliper clearance and with adapter plate for 280zx vented rotors, very used slotted rotors included and 50mm Nismo wheel studs. Note the studs are snug in the hub but some have been tack welded to the hub to keep them secure. The Volvo calipers bolt directly to a STOCK 510 strut without any modifications. You will need to modify the brake line setup in the front as these calipers utilize a double inlet. I had two banjo fittings (per caliper) at the caliper to steel brake lines back to a tee fitting before adapting to the stock hard line (not included). This setup will allow the use of 13" wheels no problem; I was running 13x7 Libres at the track. ($450) 3 pairs of Aluminum Rear Brake Drums Finned one nearly new set (mounted but not driven) ($175, list is over $100 EACH), one great set ($100) and one good set ($50). New Rear Porterfield R4 shoes, will include used R4 shoes set as well that has three good shoes left and one down to the rivets ($125, list was $127 each pair) 7/8 stock style master cylinder with the nice twist lock tokico reservoir caps ($5). Stock proportioning valve (S&H). 1” front sway bar (stock style replacement with mounting brackets and bushings ($75) Adjustable rear sway bar, mounts to the rear cross member and the end links attached to the middle of the lower spring seat on the bottom side of the trailing arm mounting hardware included very used and had been worn down from draggin on the road($25) Old “IT” motor with A87 head and SSS can stock intake port match to head ($300-will not ship this item). Actual shipping/delivery to be worked out. Note I can delivery just about anywhere along the I95 corridor between Richmond, VA and Jacksonville, FL or at VIR on Feb 19-21. |

| FS: ***RARE*** OZ MSW VEGA 3 piece wheels 15x7 4x100 et25 (los -- I have for sale a set of "RARE" OZ MSW VEGA 3 piece wheels. Size: 15x7 Bolt Pattern: 4x100 Offset: et25 3 piece wheels Center painted black (faded) Pros: These wheels are extremely rare, especially in 4x100 bolt pattern. Perfect fit for any VW, Honda's or other 4x100 bolt pattern vehicle and can easily be modified to go wider, as they are 3 piece and compatible with the 30 hole BBS RS lips. The barrels are in excellent condition, no bends. Cons: There are noticeable scratches on the iips and will need refinishing. OZ wheels unlike the BBS's require a special tool to take the bolt off for the outer lips and it seems the PO got desperate and used a grinder to grind off a few of the bolts resulting in a two inch long scratch on the lip. However there are always people selling used RS lips so this shouldn't be a big concern for you.
