| 1973 510 -- Car has a new near $8,000 Rebello Racing L20B 2.2L street performance motor with under 100 miles on it. 5spd 200sx transmission, welded 160 diff, Autopower cage, older Recaro race seats, lexan windows and many other race modifications. Car has been sitting unused for about 10 months due to unemployment, carbs need tunning, oil change ect. I have build sheet and receipts for motor and some other miscellaneous paper work from previous owner. I have a 1978 Datsun 510, 4-door sedan (color white) that I must let go off for need of space. Being a car lover, I would like to sell the vehicle to a 510 enthusiast/car crafter.
My story: For the last several years I have stored the Datsun 510 and have registered it as a non-operating vehicle. My original reason for putting it up was that the engine had developed a leak in the front oil seal. Few years prior to setting it up, the catalytic converter was changed and I had engine work done on the car (head gasket, heads redone, and block resurfaced).
The 510 has some rust damage on a few areas of the body and the interior upholstery needs replacement due to sun (UV) damage. I also have some assorted 510 parts including; hard to find trim parts, brake pads and brake hardware kits, etc.

Car was driven to Michigan in the mid 1980's, never driven in the winter, and eventually parked in garage approximatel 15+++ years ago. Ultimately this is a bone stock Wagon. Previous right front corner accident damage years ago, but outer sheetmetal is great. Whole car was repainted at some time, still very presentable paint. Otherwise car is very straight, few other minor dings/small shallow dents, and appears to be almost completely rust free! Easy car to restore!!
Will include a stock rebuildable L16 1600cc engine & 4 speed trans (not in car at this time), stock steel wheels with old tires for transport, mostly complete interior with a nice headliner (2 very small rips), good dash but cracked top pad, most exterior trim parts are included. Front windshield is cracked, but I will supply a usable used one (OR I can sell you a new one for additional cost). Ultra hard-to-find rear side glass rubber seals are very good condition with very minor crazing.
I have LOTS of other parts to offer, but we would set the parameters for the car first, then buyer could dig thru the other parts for ADDITIONAL COSTS.........ie 15in aluminum slot mag wheels, 13in Western Turbine wheels, 13x5.5 inch Corvair steel wheels, 14in 280ZX Iron Cross wheels, an L20B engine core, 200SX dogleg 5speed, 280ZX 5speed, single Mikuni sidedraft carb & manifold, dual Hitachi/SU carb set etc etc. Lots of these other parts are available, but NOT included in the asking price!

| 72 2dr -- this is re-post. i will be back in san diego again in december. hello all... this will have to be a quick ad as i am currently deployed in iraq. i will be home for my vacation for about 2 weeks this month around middle to late july. that will be about the only time i can show my car and all of you to come and look and hopefully purchase it. anyway, there is way too much to list for what has been done to hte car. it has a fresh evolution yellow paint job that has not even been buffed out because i got recalled so fast. everything is intact and put together. it has a ka24de de and 5 spd tranny. motor and tranny came off a 1998 240sx with 35000 miles at the time. i put maybe 5000 miles and thats actually way too much, kinda exagerating on that one. corbeau seats adjustable, 16 gallon fuel cell in the trunk, battery in the trunk, suspention is also done, pretty just put the key in it and drive it. i also have many extra parts to go along with the car. to make long story short because i only have 30 minutes to use this computer and i have 2 minutes left- i have over $20,000 invested on it and and my asking price is $12,000 OBO. i dont have any pix at this time but i will put some on craigslist as soon as i get home, but i promise you you will not be disappointed. i really have to get of ny car because it has just been sitting, occasionally started. i just found out that i will be in Germany for another 3 years. if you have any questions just e-mail me gsxrstntr@yahoo.com thanks |

The engine is a 1995 KA24DE with matching 5-speed manual transmission and ACT clutch. Extreme attention to detail has been used throughout the car, going a little over-board in the engine bay. | 68 2dr 510 -- 68 datsun 510 2 door. converted to a 70 dash and harness, has a 280 zx 5 speed, 4/11 lsd posi rear end, slotted rear suspension,front and rear aftermarket anti-sway bars, 300 zx wheels/tires 280/300 disc brake conversion (needs front calipers )2 1/2 inch exhaust system. currently has a 1.6 l series in it with the tuna can side drafts and a ported 219 print head with race cam, and electronic distributor.have a 2.2 shortblock that can go with it. still has the brass valve seats in the head. comes with the original dash and other assorted parts. also has a very nice am/fm cd stereo with built in cross-over system. 8 inch subs in a sealed box in the rear window well and an amp in the trunk for the subs. have no time or money to finish unfortunately!!! has been garage stored for 10+ years.
