Retrospective: The Bluebird Coupe -- In November of 1968, Nissan Japan introduced the Coupe model to the already successful Bluebird (nee 510) series of sedans and wagons. Coded KP510, Nissan was eager to add another car to the model line to expand sales and the Coupe was brought to market for 1969 model year in both a base and SSS version.
